This file contains directions for installing the Hebrew/English font
'Ismar' for use in the on-line Talmud Course offered by the Jewish
Theological Seminary.

Macintosh-compatible

1.Download the file ismar.sit.hqx. Note: If while trying to download the
file, you get a message saying "Unable to find plugin for content type
octet-stream," and asking what to do with the file, select the application
Stuffit Expander (which should be in a subfolder of your Netscape
Folder) to open the downloaded file ismar.sit.hqx.
2.If you are using Navigator 3.0, the file should automatically be unstuffed
and will appear as a "suitcase" (font file) called
ismar on your desktop. Intermediate files called ismar.sit and
ismar.sit.hqx will be left on your desktop, and
may be dragged to the trash once you are done with installation.
3.Install the Ismar font by dragging the suitcase file "Ismar" from the
desktop onto your (closed) System Folder.
Depending on what version of MacOS you are running you should get a
message asking if is ok to install these fonts in
your Fonts folder, or telling you that the fonts are being installed.
Click ok, and the fonts will automatically be installed in
     your system folder.
4.If Netscape is open, exit it and then reopen it. Hebrew text should
     appear properly.

     c:\windows\system\ismar.exe
4.The file will automatically expand into five files: readme.txt, two .TTF
     files and two .FON files.
